OUR MISSION
We provide medical students, residents, and allied health professionals with the specialty-specific infrastructure needed to transition from the classroom to the ring. By fostering early education and hands-on experience, we are building the next generation of qualified ringside physicians and medical teams.
The Ringside Medicine Network (RMN) was founded to address a critical void in medical education: the lack of standardized exposure and mentorship in ringside and combat sports medicine. While existing organizations focus on credentialing established practitioners, the RMN focuses on the trainee pipeline.
Students interested in sports medicine, athletic care, or community health can join the RMN to gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and access to educational events. The RMN supports learners at every stage who want to build competence and confidence in combat sports medicine.
Students

Physicians, athletic trainers, and healthcare professionals can join the RMN to engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, contribute to educational initiatives, and support safe, evidence-based care for combat sport athletes. The RMN welcomes clinicians committed to professionalism and athlete advocacy.
Clinicians
Coaches, gym owners, and athletes can join the RMN to access practical safety resources, educational materials, and connections to qualified ringside clinicians. The RMN helps athletic communities stay informed, prepared, and supported throughout training and competition.
